Most packages (97%) arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date, possible reasons for late delivery include the following:

Please note these deadline dates are estimations. We can not be held responsible for carrier delays as they no longer have service guarantees during the peak holiday season. At Christmas, everyone wants everything urgently and we work through orders by the date ordered. The earlier you get our orders in, the earlier you will receive them!
Any orders placed after our shipping cutoff dates may not be delivered by Christmas Day.
